Despite a turbulent market for UK residential development forecasts indicate a return to growth in both house prices and overall development as pent up demand outstrips the negative economic and financial environment. London and the South East look set to lead the recovery with good forecast growth in house prices by 2016.

Cleanslate was established in 2011 to address this opportunity. We have a clear focus on specific target areas in the South East which offer significant growth. We are in the heart of the areas that we serve and crucially were established by a management team that has extensive expertise in residential development honed over more than 20 years experience and with Board level positions with a variety of development companies.

We currently have over 50 units in development on sites in Surrey and Cambridgeshire plus another 100+ in the pipeline from city apartments to 5000 sq ft village houses. Please see the projects page for more information.

  • Surrey, Hampshire
  • Windsor & Maidenhead, West Berkshire, Reading, Bracknell and Wokingham
  • South East Oxfordshire
  • Specific high value locations elsewhere in the South East

 

We also have developed an Asset Backed Collaboration approach under which landowners contribute assets and we fund and manage design, planning approvals and construction. Resulting profits from the development are then shared.
