We acquire land for development across London and the South East. Land may be purchased with planning permission but more frequently we work with land owners on a subject to planning basis. We assemble sites of all shapes and sizes and often involving several landowners.
Cleanslate has the skills and expertise to optimise developments and land value, whilst at the same time delivering schemes that meet local and national planning policy. We are very proud of our 100% success rate in achieving planning permissions.
We always aim to work constructively with planning authorities and use a range of carefully selected architects and designers to create exciting and yet sensitively designed solutions for each site.
