Fidlers Green was a development of 11 three, four, five and six-bedroom properties built on the site of a former mushroom farm at Shackleford in Surrey. The family homes are bordered by woods to one side and a cricket green to another. Fidlers Green is an example of rural regeneration, as a mushroom farm, the abandoned site consisted of numerous run-down buildings and polytunnels.

The architectural-designed new homes reflect the buildings of the existing village with clay tiles and timber windows. The high specification homes also showcased handmade oak staircases, granite top designer kitchens and energy efficient air source heat pumps.
