We have submitted a planning application for the Chobham Club which comprises of a new club and 10 houses including 2, 3 and 4 bed houses. The design has been carefully considered following consultation of the residents, neighbours and the Parish Council and we believe this shall enhance the area as well as providing much needed new housing in the village centre.

We have agreed with the Chobham Club to re-develop their site in Chobham, Surrey. The development will comprise of a new club house, to replace the pre-existing club which is in poor condition, and housing targeted at local buyers. We are delighted to be working with the Club members to help secure their long term future in  new state of the art premises.

We are very pleased to announce that we have formed a Joint Venture with Bryan Hirst Limited to promote the re-development of a scrapyard in Bishops Waltham, Hampshire. We are investigating options for commercial or residential re-development of the site on the outskirts of this medieval market town which is adjacent the South Downs National Park.
