Cleanslate is a well established residential development company in the South East.  Our team has delivered a wide range of residential and mixed-use projects with an aggregate value of more than £10billion.

 

From inception to completion we design, plan and build prestigious and individual developments to enhance the lives of people living within and around them.  We provide modern, stylish spaces and environments with superb finishes and embedded quality to ensure our buildings stand the test of time. Our approach is flexible.  We fund and construct our own developments but also work in partnership with landowners, investors, housing associations and other developers. 

 

INVESTING WITH CLEANSLATE  

 

Our projects are delivered using a variety of funding structures and partners. Typically, equity capital will be provided by ourselves or by third party investment partners. We also have a number of lenders that support our projects with senior debt. We adopt a straight forward approach and ensure that our objectives are fully aligned with those of our funding partners.

LAND ACQUISITION  

 

We acquire land for development across London and the South East.  Land may be purchased with planning permission but more frequently we work with land owners on a subject to planning basis. We assemble sites of all shapes and sizes and often involving several landowners.
