We fund and construct our own developments but also work in partnership with landowners, investors, housing associations and other developers.

INVESTING WITH CLEANSLATE
We invest in new businesses, our own developments and in property that we have developed. The businesses in which we invest generally include a significant property development component or require support with their capital investment programmes. We will invest in early stage pre-revenue companies as well as more established businesses embarking on high growth programmes.
We invest alongside other investors in our own developments. We also retain a portion of our development portfolio for rental yield.
